- Carrier Class Facility
Utilizing carrier grade facilities provides our
customers with peace of mind since these facilities are high security
installations with backup power that are served by several different
providers utilizing physically diverse facilities. The Worldcall switch
is strategically embedded within Alpheus Communications’ network.
Alpheus is one of the largest providers of diverse fiber optic
transport in Texas. Accordingly, Worldcall’s facilities lend themselves

- Worldcall’s switch is engineered to assure 5-9's uptime. This is achieved through the use of redundancy inherent in the Veraz architecture as well as the diversity of circuits and equipment that support the switch. Our NOC closely monitors the switch on a 24x7x52 basis to ensure all issues are resolved as quickly as possible and prior to any redundant system failure.
