- Lowell Feldman, CEO
- Mr. Feldman has over 15 years of communications industry
experience. He founded Waller Creek Communications which built the
first fiber-based middle-mile network in major metro markets in Texas.
In 2000, El Paso Global Networks bought Waller Creek in a transaction
in excess $100 Million. Today, the company operates as Alpheus
Communications L.P.
- Mr. Feldman is an Adjunct Professor at the University of
Texas School of Law, where he teaches communications and technology
law. He also is a former economist and technology analyst at the Texas
Public Utility Commission. He holds a B.A. in economics and a J.D. from
the University of Texas.
- Rich Lewis, CFO
- Mr. Lewis has over 20 years of experience in various finance
and accounting positions. He is currently the chief financial officer
for Austin, Texas based Worldcall Inc., a holding company with
investments in various communication and data service companies. He was
previously the chief financial officer for Bluecurrent Inc., a
information technology services company based in Austin, Texas. Mr.
Lewis also spent 11 years in commercial and leveraged lending with
Société Générale and Citibank. He holds a
MBA from the University of Texas at Dallas and a B.S. in Electrical
Engineering from the University of Texas at Austin.
- Soren Telfer, CTO
- Mr. Telfer has over 10 years experience building complex
hardware and software systems in research and industry. He has spent
the last 5 years developing telecommunications protocols,
communications software, applications, and hardware. He has implemented
over fifteen telecommunications protocols for production software.
Previously, Mr. Telfer was a Research Scientist in the Department of
Physics at the University of California Los Angeles, where he
specialized in computational electromagnetics and microwave particle
accelerators. He holds a B.S. in Physics from the University of
California Los Angeles.
- Brian DeHaven, COO
- Mr. DeHaven has over 18 years of telecommunications experience
while working in both industry and consulting capacities. He
currently overseas all operating activities of Worldcall. Prior to
Worldcall, he was a Vice President at Alpheus Communications where he
directed both provisioning and OSS activities. Mr. DeHaven also spent a
number of years in telecommunications consulting as a Manager at Arthur
Andersen and Ernst & Young. He began his career working for AT&T in
their Leadership Development Program working in various capacities
including operations, finance, sales and account management. Mr.
DeHaven holds an MBA from Auburn University and has a B.S. in
Electrical Engineering from the University of Toledo.
